Beyond the Web: The exploration of The Multiverse with Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Movie!

These weeks, CinemaCon 2023 is taking place, and thanks to it we're receiving lots of information about the upcoming film releases of the year. One of the most anticipated films of this 2023 will be Spider-Man: Crossing the Multiverse, with the return of Miles Morales and the rest of the spider people from other multiverses.

The Collider medium was able to go to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas live, where they got to see some of the initial promotional images to Spider-Man: Crossing the Multiverse that focused on the main characters of the film.

In the image above you can see the six posters of the film created by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin Thompson. A few of these characters you will already know from the previous film in the saga Spider-Man: The New Universe While some will have their first appearance here.

In order from left to right we begin by introducing Miles Morales, the absolute protagonist of Spider-Man: A New Universe and Spider-Man: Crossing the Multiverse and then Gwen Stacy or Spider-Gwen, who we also met in the first installment.

A highly awaited Spider-Man is Spider-Man 2099, which we can see on the poster next on Gwen Stacy's. In the background we see Jessica Drew, also known as Spider-Woman.

The two final Spider-Man are: Pavitr Prabhakar, a spider-man living in an alternate version of India known as Mumbattan in addition to Hobie Brown, known as Spider-Punk.  Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse  are from Earth-138.

Spider-Man: Crossing the Multiverse will release in cinemas on June 2, 2023, and it's been confirmed that we will receive a third installment of the saga named Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse and will be released in theaters. the 29th of March, 2024.
